Plant Maintenance CMMSIndustry 4.0

All plant maintenance on a single platform: assets, work orders, automatically generated preventive maintenance and spare parts with minimum stock levels.

From paper to a single platform

For a category leader in the Food industry we developed a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) that digitizes the entire maintenance process: an asset and line registry, corrective and urgent interventions, preventive maintenance planning and spare-parts management, with a single view for technicians and managers. The interface is designed to be simple and immediate, and maintenance operators get a dedicated Android app to work directly in the field.

Work orders and preventive maintenance

Corrective and urgent work orders are opened, assigned and closed directly on the platform — or from the Android app on the shop floor — with priorities and a full history for every asset.

Preventive maintenance plans automatically generate interventions when they fall due: no check is forgotten, workload is spread out and the calendar is fully visible.

Spare parts, stock and purchasing

The spare-parts warehouse is managed with minimum stock levels: when a component drops below its threshold, the system flags it and starts the reorder.

The purchase request → order → goods receipt flow is fully digital and connected to suppliers, closing the loop between maintenance and procurement.
