For a leading coffee importer we developed a cloud portal for managing contracts and credits that replaces a legacy tool: historical text reports are parsed automatically and their data flows into a single, up-to-date view of contracts, shipments and credit standing.
Human review at the center
Fields filled in as free text — price types, delivery windows, shipment status — are interpreted by the AI and normalized.
Everything not yet verified by an operator stays clearly flagged: no AI-interpreted data is treated as certain until a person confirms it.
The system remembers
Operator corrections become permanent overrides: once a case is resolved, the system remembers it and never raises the same warning twice.
The result is a system that improves with use: every day, review work focuses only on genuinely new cases.
