An AI system for diesel injector data analysis
We have developed an artificial intelligence system for Officine Meccaniche Torino to process in real time a large amount of data coming from the diesel injectors of marine engines, ensuring high performance and low latency.
The architecture is highly configurable and modular, being able to manage different types of VAD (Value Added Data), both neural and deterministic, depending on the needs of each customer or installation.

Advanced architecture and predictive capabilities
At the heart of the system are neural networks trained on large volumes of data, capable of identifying complex patterns in time series and providing highly accurate predictive analytics.
The orchestrator can activate and combine multiple VADs, selecting neural network models or deterministic logics based on the required configuration.
The system has been optimized from the data processing point of view, ensuring rapid and scalable analysis even when the amount of input grows significantly.
A modular approach simplifies the possible expansion of the platform: in case of new analyses, it is sufficient to integrate the corresponding VAD without altering the existing infrastructure.
